We bring nearly two decades of hands-on experience inside Canada's largest wealth institutions, where our founder led advisor marketing for networks of 1,500+ advisors. Matt Hyams has spent almost two decades inside the global wealth management industry, most recently as Director of Advisor Marketing at one of Canada's largest banks, where he built and led a centre of excellence serving 1,500+ advisors across multiple business lines. Before that, he directed a 36-person brand, communications, and events team through a national integration for Canada's leading physician-focused wealth manager.
He founded Partners in Genius to bring that institutional expertise to firms and advisors who need senior-level marketing support without building a full in-house team. Beyond consulting and project management, Matt provides fractional executive leadership to companies across the wealth management ecosystem, with the experience to serve in a range of CXO capacities including Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Revenue Officer.
